What we do

Furniture assembly, done right the first time

Flat-pack furniture is quicker and sturdier when it's built by someone who does it often. We sort the hardware, follow the instructions properly and tighten everything so it doesn't wobble.

Dressers, bookcases and wardrobes can tip over, so we anchor tall pieces to the wall with the anti-tip kit that comes in the box, fixed into studs or the right wall anchor.

Typical time: 30–90 min per piece. A 3-hour visit usually covers four to six jobs, and a 2-hour visit fits a shorter list, so add the rest of your list. See all services.

What's included

  • IKEA and other flat-pack furniture
  • Beds, desks, dressers, nightstands and wardrobes
  • Bookcases and shelving units
  • Anchoring tall pieces to the wall (anti-tip)
  • Placing furniture where you want it in the room
  • Breaking down and stacking the boxes for your recycling

Before your visit

How to get ready

Helpful to have ready

  • Have the boxes delivered and in the room before we arrive
  • Send the product names or links so we can plan the time
  • Keep all the hardware bags and instructions together
  • Clear floor space next to where the piece will go

Customers buy parts upfront at store prices with no markup. After seeing your photos we send the exact list, and we can pick it up on the way.

Good to know

Large pieces like wardrobes, sleeper sofas or closet systems can take longer than 90 minutes. Send product links before the visit and we'll tell you how much fits in your visit.

How it works

Simple from start to finish

  1. Send your list and photos

Select your jobs and add a few photos so we know exactly what we're working with.

  2. Confirm your visit

We text you the next open day in your area. A $50 Zelle deposit reserves it, and it counts toward your total.

  3. Parts ready to go

We tell you exactly what to buy. You order it for store pickup or delivery, and we grab it on the way, so your visit time goes to the work.

  4. Pay when it's done

The balance ($139 for 2 hours, $200 for 3) by Zelle or cash, plus any extra time you approved. No surprise charges.

FAQ

Furniture assembly questions

How much does furniture assembly cost?

It's part of the flat $189 for 2 hours or $250 for 3 hours. Most pieces take 30–90 minutes, so one visit often covers several pieces or a mix of assembly and other jobs.

Do you assemble IKEA furniture?

Yes, IKEA and most other flat-pack brands: beds, desks, dressers, wardrobes, bookcases and shelving.

Will you anchor a dresser or bookcase to the wall?

Yes. Tall pieces get anchored with the anti-tip kit from the box, fixed into a stud or the right anchor for your wall.

Can you pick up the furniture from the store?

Furniture should be delivered before the visit. Smaller parts and hardware we can grab on the way, from a store pickup order you place.

Ready to book furniture assembly?

$189 for 2 hours or $250 for 3 hours. Send your list and photos and we'll reply within a few hours.
